We post orders from British Columbia and email you the tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. Any taxes for your province are shown at checkout, before you pay.

If Sixty Days is not for you, email hello@senincense.com within 90 days of purchase. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. No questions, and you keep everything. There is nothing to send back. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us with your order number. We arrange a replacement or a full refund. If a replacement is not available, we refund you.
