When you order, Shopify processes the contact, delivery and payment details needed to complete your purchase. SEN uses your order details to send your order, answer your questions, process refunds and keep the business records the law requires. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply.

Shopify provides the store and checkout. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to serve this website and our correspondence. Some of these providers process information outside Canada. Shopify’s own practices are described in Shopify’s privacy policy.

We advertise on Meta. Our pages use Meta’s Pixel to record visits that come from our ads, and any purchase that follows, so we can measure the ads. Some pages also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Shopify’s checkout pages use the cookies described in Shopify’s cookie policy.

After an order we send the confirmation and the shipping notice. If you agree to hear from us at checkout, we may also send a short note partway through your sixty days. You can unsubscribe with the link in any message or by writing to us.

Order and support records are kept as long as service, accounting and legal obligations need them. To access, correct or delete your information, email hello@senincense.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and some records have to be retained.
