Questions
Will it be smoky, or set off my smoke alarm?
It gives off a single thin line of smoke. Light it in an open room a few metres from the detector, and open a window if your space is small.
Which scent should I choose?
Sugi is lighter and fresher, a good first choice if you’re new to incense. Kyara is deeper and warmer. If the scent isn’t right for you, the guarantee covers it.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Email us within 90 days of your order and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, nothing to send back.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship from British Columbia by tracked mail, and you’ll get the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves. We ship within Canada only.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for sixty days of incense. If you’d like more when it runs low, you can order it then.
